Screening and Configurations
The 2- or 3-deck versions allow for the production of up to 4 different product fractions in a single pass. The adjustable inclination angle of 20°–30° ensures efficient material separation and consistent throughput under varying conditions. The large 9.2 m³ hopper is convenient for use with a loader—it can be efficiently filled even with larger buckets, reducing the number of cycles.
Control and maintenance
The screen mesh is controlled by a radio remote, allowing the operator to quickly respond to the material flow. The screening box and conveyors are hydraulically lowered, so the screens can be changed from the ground without climbing—making it safer and faster. The unit is quickly ready for operation, so less time is lost between projects.
